Sachin Arora
Sachin is an Advocate and Fellow Company Secretary having more than 18 (eighteen) years of professional experience in Merger & Acquisitions; Corporate Law advisory & compliances; Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, MSME Laws, Corporate drafting, Negotiations and India Investments strategies; Fund raising advisory and setting up of new entity in India and outside India etc.
He has also advised start-ups on various legal issues, such as product/service policies, legal licenses, compliances, permits, and other issues related to investment and acquisition. He is representing clients before the National Company Law Tribunal, National Appellate Law Tribunal, High Courts, District Courts, Central Government Ministries, Courts & quasi-judicial authorities. He has completed his Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Delhi.
Ankit Miglani
Ankit is an Advocate, also holds professinoal qualification of Company Secretary (ICSI) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. Ankit has handled various matters involving diverse legal issues such as District Courts, High Court of Delhi, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, Labour Courts and several other tribunals and forums. He specializes in handling matters relating to Property Laws, Consumer and Insurance Law, Commercial Arbitrations, Corporate Drafting, Banking Law, Labour Law and Real Estate.

Jitendra Bharti
Jitendra is an Advocate with over 21 (twenty one) years of experience & extensive practice of litigations, representations, advisory and Legal Opinion on Criminal, Service/ Employment Laws, Consumer Laws, PMLA and Constitution Laws matters. He is representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, Central Government Ministries, NCDRC, PMLA Tribunal, Courts & various legal forums.
He has completed his Bachelors & Masters degree in Law (LL.B.) and (LL.M.) from the University of Delhi.
Ramesh Sethi
Ramesh is an Advocate with 27 (twenty seven) years of experience & extensive practice in Civil, Matrimonial, Consumer, MACT, Pre-litigation, Mediation, Conciliation, Lok Adalat, Deeds and documentation and Legal Opinion to the Management. He is also working as Mediator with Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (DDRS), the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India for more than 12 (twelve) years. He has completed his Bachelors & Masters degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He also completed his Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B.) from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He also did Diploma in Administrative Law and International Laws from Indian Law Institute, Delhi.
Deepak Gupta
Deepak Gupta is fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Associate member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and graduated in law. He has worked in the field of Corporate Laws, SEBI related laws, Foreign Exchange Laws for last 21 years. He is also an Insolvency Professional. He is involved in FEMA related advisory, consultancy to various Listed Companies and Banks and also ensuring the compliances under various SEBI Rules and regulations. He has delivered lectures on various issues on Company Law in Study Circle meetings of Chartered Accountants and authored the book of Taxmann publication Issue of Securities by Unlisted Companies.
Richin Sangwan
Richin is a law graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He also completed MBA from De Montfort University, UK. He is a seasoned legal professional with over 18 (eighteen) years of experience in corporate law, governance, M&A, regulatory compliance, and risk management across industries such as electric vehicles, fintech, retail, technology, manufacturing, law firms, and renewable energy.
He specializes in corporate advisory, IPO & fundraising, start-up compliance, restructuring, secretarial audits, insolvency & bankruptcy, and contract management. He has advised businesses on FEMA, FDI, ECBs, takeover regulations, securities laws, and other corporate legal matters, ensuring strategic compliance and sustainable growth.
Abhinav Bhalla
Abhinav is an Advocate and Registered Indian Patent Agent with a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation, LL.B. from Delhi University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Rights from King’s College London. He specializes in corporate and civil dispute resolution, intellectual property protection and enforcement, and general corporate including corporate strategy, contract drafting and review, corporate due-diligence etc. He has also extensively dealt with medico-legal issues in India.
Suchitta Koley
Suchitta Koley, is a Graduate in Science from St John's College, Agra and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and since September 1991, providing Consultancy Services in Corporate Law and Issue matters to the Industry, including representing them at the MRTP Commission and Company Law Board and other Government Authorities for last about 30 years. Mr. Koley is also on the Panel of Arbitrators of the Indian Council of Arbitration. He has also presented papers in Seminars organized by various Institutions from time to time and has co-authored the book on "Producer Companies“.
Nikunj Aeron
Nikunj is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a commerce graduate from Rohilkhand University. Nikunj holds a diploma in IFRS from UK. He has rich experience of more than two decades dealing with corporate clients, consultants, bankers, merchant bankers, venture capitalists, M&A teams and regulators. His experience with big and mid level clients inculcated passionate interest in risk advisory services and financial consultancy. He is leading the taxation team of the firm. He is also the convenor of Connaught Place CPE Study circle. He has also served renowned JK Group at its headquarter in Delhi, controlling financial, accounting and regulatory matters of various group entities; assisting CFO and stakeholders in strategic decision making and day to day work. He has done his articles at delhi very reputed chartered accountancy firm, and received rich experience of Audit of Mid and large size corporate.
Dipika Aggarwal
Dipika is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the year 2013. She has done her B. Com (Hons.) from IP Collage of Delhi University and she is a gold medalist throughout her academic career. She has expertise in the area of Statutory Audits. She is proficiently leading the team for statutory audits and the matter related corporate laws and compliances.
